1.        To arrange a meeting, or simply ask some question, just fill out the contact form located on the 'Our Location" button, or call us at (813) 651-5751. When we meet, we’ll review our program, answer questions, and detail how we help banks like yours improve their bottom line.
2.        At a Board Presentation, we’ll field additional questions to help ensure your bank’s knowledge of, and comfort with our process.
3.        Once we’ve agreed to work together, we’ll have a series of meetings to confirm your bank’s goals, assess existing capabilities, identify appropriate ING Financial Partners programs & tools, and tailor a program for your bank.
4.        Next, we will identify a number of Bank Representative Candidates we feel possess the necessary skills to succeed in your bank and are acceptable to INGFP for registration. Your bank may then elect the hiring decision.
5.        The successful candidate will then be trained in our proprietary management system, The Confident Investor Program. ™
6.        The representative then goes to work in your bank, enhancing your bank’s capabilities and contributing to its bottom line.
