Rick is also a Managing Director of ING Financial Partners with over twenty years of experience in the financial-services industry. Through the administration of his proprietary management process, The Confident Investor Program, Rick can help promote both the success of your bank representative, and recurring contributions to your bank's bottom line. Rick is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Richard Perea, ChFC, Principal, is Director of Wealth Management Services for Strategic Bank Solutions, LLC. An Investment Advisor Representative of ING Financial Partners with over twenty five years of financial-services industry experience, Dick's banking background includes serving as Vice President in the Correspondent Banking Group of Marine Midland Bank in New York, and Treasurer of Country Operations in South America for Citibank, N.A. Dick also helped establish a program for providing coordinated trust and estate services to American Express Bank clients around the globe. Dick is a graduate of the University of California (BA), and Princeton University (MPA).

J. Alex Jernigan is Director of Business Development for Strategic Bank Solutions. With over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, Alex was the regional Vice President of Sales for Main Street Checks, Inc. and a Sales Executive for the John H. Harland Company. Alex's banking background includes serving as Vice President for Wachovia Bank and Vice President for Ameris Bank. Alex has also served as Director of Admissions at Andrew College. Alex is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Andrew College (AS) and a graduate of the University of Georgia (BBA-Finance) and Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia.
