Richard Lehrer, Principal, is Director of Representative Development for Strategic Bank Solutions, LLC. Rick is also a Managing Director of ING Financial Partners with over twenty years of experience in the financial-services industry. Through the administration of his proprietary management process, The Confident Investor Program, Rick can help promote both the success of your bank representative, and recurring contributions to your bank's bottom line. Rick is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Richard Perea*, Principal, is Chief Operating Officer for Strategic Bank Solutions, LLC. With over two-decades of financial service experience, Dick is a Chartered Financial Consultant and is insurance  licensed in multiple states. His past experience includes serving as Treasurer of Country Operations in Latin America for Citibank, N.A. and as a Vice President in the International, Merchant Banking and Correspondent Banking Divisions of Marine Midland Bank, N.A. (now HSBC). Dick is a Graduate of the University of California, and earned a Masters degree from Princeton Univeresity.

Anjanette Mitchell is Director of New Business and Sales Support for Strategic Bank Solutions, LLC. With SBS since its inception, Anjanette started her career in finance with one of the world’s leading chemical companies. In 2005, she began her insurance and annuities brokerage career with Financial Solutions Group, Inc. Working with numerous insurance carriers, “AJ” supports a field force of independent agents and financial advisors while implementing and maintaining strong relationships with the bank management team and bank investment reps. Anjanette recently assumed project management responsibilities, scheduling and producing client education workshops for our bank partners. These workshops educate bank clients, expand the value of our bank partners in the community, and generate meaningful revenue. Anjanette is originally from the Raleigh-Durham area and received her degree from Peace college. She  has two children and resides in the Tampa area.
